Mcdonald's - Orlando

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I went to place an order and pay in cash, but the manager, Danette, was extremely rude. She turned her back on me and said, "I'm busy right now," leaving me to wait without any acknowledgment. Instead of setting a good example for her staff, she displayed a total lack of manners. There was no apology, no thank you—just poor customer service overall. I definitely won't be returning to this establishment.

3rd straight time.... The 3rd straight time items are missing from my order. Apparently, I have to start checking the bag before driving off to make sure the order has half of my items that I paid for. Is it really this difficult to read the screen orreceipt to see what goes in the bag? And the employees want $15 an hour??? Maybe this location should start looking atcomputerized robots to fill the bag rather than computers to just take the order.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. The service regarding orders is terrible; I ordered a mocha with chocolate drizzle, but they gave me caramel drizzle instead. The fries were also cold, and on one occasion, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food and drinks. They even slammed the tray down on our table. I strongly advise against visiting this McDonald's; I really dislike it.

I visited the drive-thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for my daughter, but received raw, uncooked chicken. While the exterior was crispy, the inside was not safe to eat. The managers seemed genuinely surprised by the situation. Now my daughter is experiencing nausea and an upset stomach. Please be very cautious!

Cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. Stopped in for breakfast before catching my plane back home. 2 employees were cleaning different areas and mopping floors the entire time I was there. Food was also fresh and hot. Something not common with mostMcDonald's locations.
