Maggiano's Orlando

Hostess had issues seating us. First brought us to one section then told us to wait. We had indicated we needed a high chair but wound up seating us in a booth that could not accommodate a high chair

Made a reservation for Valentine's you could have went anywhere else in the city but I wanted it to be special and experienced this place for the first time sadly I was highly disappointed. We were seated promptly but the service was awful took a while for the server to come to the table and the first thing she said was have we seen Genesis who was supposed to be our server. So we ordered our appetizers and drinks with another server who never introduced herself...and it took minutes for the drink to come and it took for the appetizer but it was Cold after that we waited another minutes or so to be able to order entrees or another so we left. Terrible food terrible service overrated

I feel like there didn’t care because it was V.day and there know people would come so there had a very poor attitude and service.I normally come here every for dinner so I’m able to tell the diffrents
