Kfc - Orlando

I’m somewhat disappointed with how they handle food preparation for Uber Eats orders. As a delivery driver, I believe it’s important for them to communicate with customers if they haven’t prepared enough food. I ended up wasting my time and gas waiting in line for 10 minutes, only to be told I needed to wait another 10 minutes to move forward. A young man eventually came out to inform me that their chicken takes about 30-40 minutes to prepare. That’s just too long to wait. I felt like I was wasting my time picking up an Uber Eats order that would ultimately be canceled due to the lack of professionalism from the staff. This review is more of a personal observation since I didn’t actually eat at the restaurant.

The lobby is cleaned regularly. Bathrooms are clean and neat. Food looks and tastes amazing!

I’m so upset I bought the big box meal told them I want 2 breast and a wing they gave me 2 thighs and a drumstick I threw my food away I’m too far to turn back and I don’t eat that horrible place

The food arrived five minutes after the server finished chatting on their phone and brought it to my table. Unfortunately, the meal was cold and lacked flavor.

Food was fresh but cashier at the window was not friendly and did not greet me or tell me to have a day, she just walked off.
