Jersey Mike's Subs - Orlando

Your staff lacks training in quality and management, as they simply attempted to provide me with a free sub. Please invest in training for your employees.

The staff is friendly and the subs are delicious. My only complaint is that the mini subs are a bit too small, and the portions can sometimes be a little scant, but it's not a major issue.

I've been to Jersey Mike's twice in my life, and both times the service was awful. I had enough time to write this review before I even received help. I was the first customer in an empty restaurant, yet I was served after the next person. I won't be returning.

Fresh, generous size sandwiches...fantastic alternative to standard fast food.

Great service and I recommend the Club, the stickball or the big kahuna.
