Go Hyang Jip - Orlando

As Koreans, we found the food to be excellent; it really tasted like good home-cooked meals. The portions are quite generous, and the staff is very friendly. While the exterior of the restaurant may not be impressive, the interior is clean and inviting. If you know any Koreaboos, this is a great place to take photos to impress them!

The appetizer was decent, but it didn’t have much seasoning for our taste. I wouldn’t pay much attention to the small chili spice indicator, as it was quite low on the heat scale. However, it paired nicely with the banana and meat combinations of the pancakes. My wife usually has cold noodles, which she found quite good on their own, with a refreshing, mildly tangy taste. I enjoyed them too, and she ended up eating most of the noodles. The staff was very accommodating, helping us cook the BBQ while the restaurant wasn’t busy. They started with the samgyupsal since the marinade on the kalbi tends to burn (this was my sixth time doing BBQ, and it’s usually just left for customers to manage). It was nice that the staff assisted us with cooking. The kimchi was tasty but not very spicy, and the banana with pepper and pepper paste was also quite enjoyable. Overall, I would say our experience was very good with friendly service. While the prices are on the higher side, they are comparable to what I've seen in San Diego and Minneapolis, but definitely cheaper in Korea and China.

This is probably the best restaurant in Orlando. Even though we arrived a bit late for our reservation, they were accommodating and welcomed us. The food was fantastic; I highly recommend the grill. We had a wonderful time cooking at our own table, sampling every sauce, salad, and steamed vegetable—everything was simply perfect. We will definitely be returning!

I had expected to cook our meal, but not, the less it was good now I would return for Korean BBQ here, NO but overall good

Service was good but a bit slow but I 'll still give them 5 stars because the staff was attentive and helpful when available. Very authentic Korean food with the typical Korean flavor you 'd expect. Food was hot and spicy when it came out and the Bibimbap remained hot for the entire meal. It was nice of them to leave to bottle of hot sauce at the table so I could adjust the spice level to my liking. Definitely a must try if your down for some good Korean food.
