Cincinnati Chili Company - Orlando

First and foremost, Bryan, the CEO and founder, set a fantastic tone right from the start with some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. When I called to place my order, he was incredibly helpful, clearly explaining the menu options and what to expect. Picking up the food was just as enjoyable. Bryan himself brought my order out, apologized for the short wait (which honestly wasn’t long at all), and even surprised us with two complimentary sodas. He genuinely expressed that if the food didn’t meet our expectations, he would discount the order. Bryan took the time to chat with us about our day, making us feel valued without rushing us at all. It's rare to find a place with such a homey and down-to-earth atmosphere these days. The food was phenomenal, and the staff was outstanding. If you’re in the Orlando area and craving hotdogs that remind you of Skyline Chili, I highly recommend visiting Cincinnati Chili Company for an all-around excellent experience!

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant and have usually received good service in the past. However, today I encountered a problem. The staff member on duty seemed to struggle with basic English, which made it difficult for me to place my order. I ended up having to wait for an English-speaking manager to call me back, which was quite frustrating. I fully support diversity in the workplace, but this situation was quite unreasonable. It's essential that whoever is handling phone calls can communicate effectively in English. Very disappointing.

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time today after reading several reviews that gave me a good idea of what to expect. First off, I found their method of food delivery to be quite unusual. There's no counter or window where you can place your order. Instead, you have to order online, then call them and wait on the sidewalk for someone to bring your food. I got a 3-way and a coney. The chili was decent, but they could definitely use larger ladles because the portion was a bit lacking. Next time, I think I’ll just take the extra time and drive to Skyline instead.

I grew up eating skyline and gold star chili in Cincinnati. Cincinnati Chili beats them both!! I had a 3 way and 1 cheese coney. The hot dog was a lot bigger than my hometown dogs and the chili and cheese were abundant. The 3 ways noodles, chili andcheese were a perfect delicious combo. Kudos to Bryan and his wife for knocking this one out of the ballpark. I will recommendCincinnati Chili to everyone and will be back soon!

I recently moved into the condo building where Cincinnati Chili Company is located. I love a good chili dog, and would rate it as one of my favorite foods. Also, I 'm extremely lazy, so I was happy to see that they will run up an order to me for free. Imean, I COULD just hop on the elevator, but that would mean putting on pants. I 'm just so happy with Cincinnati Chili Company,and the way they do business. You can tell they are doing everything they can to ensure they have a top quality product. Theingredients are fresh, they package everything carefully, and the portions are good. The cheddar cheese comes individuallywrapped. They give me a lot more cheese than I can use on the chili dogs and 5 way, so I just save some of it for my morningscrambled eggs. Also, the lady who delivers the chili is a very pleasant person who I would guess is an owner because she caresso much about doing a good job. I do put on pants before I answer the door in case you were wondering. The chili itself is abit different than I 'm used to. I guess that 's where the Cincinnati style comes in. I 've had chili that was more hearty mostof my life, where the Cincinnati chili has a bit of a sweeter flavor. Not that I 'm complaining, I love it both ways, but thischili is absolutely delicious! I also had never put mustard on a chili dog before I got one from Cincinnati Chili Company, andnow I wouldn 't have it any other way. I once had a very minor mix-up that wasn 't anybody 's fault. They tried to call me to fixit, but my phone doesn 't ring sometimes, so I missed the call. Cincinnati Chili Company went WAY above and beyond to makethings right, and to ensure I was happy with the results. They now have a customer for life, and it 's not just because they 'reright downstairs. Bravo Cincinnati Chili Company! BRAVO.
