Chipotle Mexican Grill - Orlando

EVERY TIME I GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY SKIMP OUT ON MY ORDER. This location willmake me pay extra for extra veggies and other ingredients but not actually include them. In fact, today my bowl was half full. WTF???!!! I 'm done. Karen mode activated. I am contacting Florida department of health,EHS,FSIS, and all relevant federal agencies. 2 years now of dealing with getting ripped off. And before you ask NO, I 'm not bringing my food back for you to 'fix it '. I 'm not wasting my time to drive back for your mistake. FIX IT BEFORE IT LEAVES THE FOOD LINE do your job. I 'm beyond furious. THIS CHIPOTLE IS ABOUT TO HAVE THEIR HANDS FULL.

Please train your staff on your special menu items I've gotten 3 pointers with chicken, beans and rice for over a year 3 times a day and I have some fool arrogantly argue with me saying I'm wrong and charge me an extra 8$ on my food.

Customer service here is excellent. I made it in the last 5 minutes before they closed and they served me with a simile. Very happy to do business and will definitely comeback

Filthy. The dumpster right outside the door is left open with rotting food and waste in 100 degree weather so you can imagine the smells wafting from it for over 100ft away. Don't sit in here to eat. The decomposing dumpster smell floods the dining area every time the door opens. The tables are filthy with food left all over. cashier doesn't offer a tray to bring food to table because there none left as they are all over the tables needing to be cleaned. The food servers are unwelcoming, if you great them and say hello they stare blank at your face and proceed their job like a robot. I don't know if chipotle treats their employees unfairly because they are always miserable. Not like the staff in the past from before covid. Such a disappointment because normally the food is decent for a fast choice.

Very understaffed, and it didn?t help that the staff present was working in slow motion. I waited in the line for 18 minutes when there was only 2 people in front of me. After I got my food, a couple minutes went by while I was eating and the line was out the door. Then their computer system shut down I believe and they had to tell the whole line to leave. There was a lady who went into the restaurant the same second as I did. She had an online order. Once I was done eating, she was still waiting for her online order. She was waiting for more than 30 min. I was there around 3pm, every chipotle I go to around this time is empty because the staff is able to manage the line reasonably around this time. It?s ridiculous, avoid this chipotle location at all costs.
