Chili's Grill - Orlando

Incredibly delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection. The loaded potatoes were absolutely amazing, and that street corn was simply to die for!

The Cajun Chicken Pasta had an Alfredo taste and was served cold. The garlic bread was hard and stale. The burger did not impress. The BBQ sauce lacked flavor and was overly greasy. The potatoes tasted bland and unappetizing.

On the way home from work I took a chili’s to-go order. I was waiting for about 15 minutes so they could get me the food. the type gave me everything tied up with everything, and I guess I can't see that eating. When I came home, I saw that my eating was absolutely terrible! it looked like someone would eat from the food I ordered. I called and spoke to someone who didn't really help me get a refund. please avoid this place, they don't make the mistake I made. this is a great restaurant, but in recent years it is slow on the hill.

Staff seemed really tense and unsmiling with the exception of the friendly lady who served us . I thing they may have staff issues as we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated even though the place was only a third full , lots of people were also turned away at the door . We took a drink at the bar while waiting only to be told after paying that the kids couldn't be in that area, that really should have been pointed out beforehand as they had to sit in the entrance , ww felt it looked a bit strange to sit drinking beers and wine in the entry area so remained in the bar , the kids are 14 and 16 so they were fine but it split up.our group until our table was ready. Menu was full of mouth watering options and the food was all delicious although 3 dishes came out and the other 2 plates were served 10 minutes later which wasn't ideal . Aircon was really intense so would recommend taking a jacket if you feel the cold .

Despite that initial hiccup, we ended up having a wonderful meal! The rice dish was especially delicious, and everyone at the table enjoyed their food. Our server was prompt and friendly, contributing to the overall positive experience.
