Peter, the sommelier, did an outstanding job and his wine recommendation was spot on. Sergio was attentive and great as well, and Kevin provided excellent service. Chef Tony Lopez even made an appearance, along with several other staff members who helped create such a seamless experience. Having dined at various top-notch restaurants, including The French Laundry, Per Se, and numerous acclaimed spots in New York, as well as Victoria and Albert’s in Orlando, I can confidently say that while these places are exceptional, Chatham’s Place stands out with its unique charm and character. It truly is a winner!

Chatham's Place Dr. Phillips Boulevard, Orlando 5 Stars Absence of Plunder This is the principle of justice, peace, order, stability, mediation and good sense. Bastia True fine food, as it originated in the 1940s, is now completely a lost art. The 10-course menu from the days of the greed is gone. Tuxedos, Pince Nez, cigarette holders, sparrows and homeboys are a thing of the past. Heck, even the Big Boy wears Jordan chutes for dinner, no matter what the occasion is. However, if you wish to throw back an excellent culinary experience, Chatham's Place is the Primus Inter Pares. Chef Tony Lopez is a culinary genius that combines complex flavors and layering to allow a palate pleasant trip down seam lan. When Bob Rose the ivory as I ate, plate after plate of amazing dishes were placed before me, served by white tuxedo men. I didn't see a single female employee. There is even a Maitre D ' to put you. This place radiates class. I started drinking with a Whistle Pig Old Fashioned, usually mixed by the bartender. The first course was Foie Gras in a Grand Mariner reduction. While the sauce for me was just a tad sweet, the foie was perfectly cooked. Then they bring fresh baked bread, which has baked a unique quality of feta cheese in the middle of bread. This is so packed with fun flavors it is hard to move to the other courses. The intermezzo is mango and fresh basil that is so tart and fresh that your palate is cleaned for the main course. For the main course I ordered the Tomahawk Steak, a bone in Ribeye, with spinach and asparagus for my pages. The steak comes in a white truffle oil and Porcini mushroom Demi glacier. What is really exciting is the steak looks ready to cut; but the cook has hand cut your meat in bite size morsel of delicious ecstasy. The spinach was perfected, rich and creamy, and the asparagus was grilled to the perfect crunch. Excellent is everything I can say just superbly. My server, Louis, went out to make this at the best meals I've ever had. If you go here and try to tell me that this is not a good meal or one of the best culinary experiences you've ever had, you'll be hung up in front of a Jersey Mike at noon. Chatham's Place is fantastic. Without reservation, the Big Boy recommends this restaurant as an epitome of fine food.
All my years, this was one of the best fine dining experiences I've ever known. The staff made us feel warm and welcome and never once agreed to us. It was an excellent culinary experience that will be repeated again and again. I would recommend this evening to everyone. Because the restaurant is so small, it made no one for an intimate culinary experience. The food was delicious. I just can't stand by how happy the staff felt. Go and tell your friends you're leaving. It's worth it.
