Average hotel restaurant. Since my wife and I were in the Parc Corniche, we decided to eat lunch at the Calypso. It was pretty average fair, but more reasonable than expected. I had the Auberginenparm Sub. My only complaint was that the skin of the eggplant was hard on stains. Service was excellent. I give them 6.5 out of 10 stars.

Just delicious. They must taste their homemade lasagna... just delicious. Made of scratches...wow hard to find now days. So good w/garlic, garlic bread. Please forget Olive Garden. This is simply the best lasagna I've ever had. Thank you.

Do you remember Subs Plus?. Bob Eileen from Subs Plus is now in the Calypso Bar Grill. It is located in Parc Corniche Hotel, on S. International Drive. The menu is tasteful and inexpensive for breakfast/lunch diner, you can enjoy outside the terrace overlooking the golf course and the lake. My favorite dish is a close-up between the Crab Cake Sandwich of the Shrimp Scampi. Oh and they serve New York Style Pizza (yummy).

Good Food. They've been a great establishment for a long time. It might not always be the fastest in town, but it's certainly one of the best. You want beer and burgers? Don't go no place else. And the atmosphere is great too. Drink a few with buds, or bring in the family too. You really can have it both ways and if you want good greasy New York style pizza this is the place to get it.
