Burger King - Orlando

The staff is very polite and respectful. Our heppers were very good. I also liked the vanilla ice cream in a cup. The dining area was clean. The women's room needs improvement. It was clean, but the door does not lock and the toilet seat is not attached (is dangerous). I do not recommend that physically disabled people use this toilet. Hopefully it will be repaired.

The staff is friendly, and the burgers are fresh and hot from the broiler – absolutely delicious!

This place is slightly better than the one in Altamonte. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food, which seems excessive, especially considering everything is frozen and should take less than 10 minutes to cook. It's not that difficult to prepare a burger and fries quickly, especially since the entire setup is meant for fast meals.

I enjoy Burger King's food and prefer it over other fast-food options, but my experience at the location on 744 Colonial Drive was the worst I've ever had. I went through the drive-thru and waited 25 minutes for assistance. When I arrived, there was only one person working, and she didn't start attending to customers until about 10-15 minutes after I got there. I can only imagine how long she had been there before I arrived. I was not happy with the service. The only reason I stayed was that I needed to get something to eat and it was conveniently close to the highway; otherwise, I would have left like some other customers did. I won't be going back.

Worst burger king ever been too...and i love burger king...really sad when McDonald's is better then the KING....said day in america...would explain why they might go bankrupt first of the new year
