They continue to refined space theme throughout, and the details are just spectacular. Weonly had the opportunity to have breakfast here each day, but I 'm sure the other meals are equally as good. The food was suchhigh quality, with fresh ingredients and complex flavor combinations. The Cinnamon Brioche French Toast Sticks literally Melt inyour mouth! The granola parfait was topped with a piece of actual honeycomb. Aurora understands the concept of eating with youreyes first, and their presentation is top notch. Other offerings in the immediate area really can 't compete with Aurora on anylevel. The value for money was pretty impressive for a hotel restaurant, and the staff were all so friendly and eager to providethe best hospitality possible. Excellent experience here!!
I already had dinner plans, but after skipping lunch, I was shaking and needed to grab something small. The hosts were great! Hannah was my waitress. She was amazing! I ordered the Local salad. Pretty basic, right. Just some spring mix, heirloomtomatoes, pickled fennel and a lemon vinaigrette. Well, maybe it was because I was starving, but that was the best damn salad! Iate every bite! It was perfection. I also ordered the The Aurora drink to go with it and it was also amazing!!! I then went overto the bar to listen to the live music and had a Nebula. Also really good! I look forward to returning soon!
Our server, Melody, was incredibly friendly and provided us with great recommendations from the menu. Her attentiveness and warm personality made our meal all the more enjoyable. For appetizers, we tried the calamari steak, which might just be the best calamari I’ve ever had. We also ordered a Caesar salad with hearts of palm, adding a unique twist to a classic dish. For our main course, we shared the ribeye for two, and the accompanying sauce and potatoes perfectly complemented the expertly cooked steak. To finish off, we indulged in the supernova dessert along with some coffee. If you’re planning a special night out, be sure to make a reservation here! We are already looking forward to our next visit!
However, there were a few issues with the service. Although our server was very nice and helpful, we encountered some missteps. For instance, we didn’t receive plates for our appetizers, so we had to inform what seemed to be a manager. Additionally, we weren’t provided with spoons for our dessert, and our drink orders weren’t checked for refills, including water. At the end of our meal, we also had trouble signing the bill. Our server seemed rushed throughout, which contributed to the feeling that our experience was hurried. I know this wasn’t their intention, but it affected how we perceived the overall experience. While these were minor details, they slightly detracted from what could have been a perfect meal.
I had been wanting to try this restaurant for some time after seeing it recommended on various food blogs. We finally visited during magical dining, and we were truly impressed! It's tucked away in a hotel near UCF, but the food and presentation are quite upscale. We enjoyed everything, including my husband's discerning palate. We even received a complimentary appetizer, which was a lovely surprise (the chef-curated amuse is pictured). The salad was unique and delicious, and the BBQ jackfruit vegetarian entrée was excellent. As a vegetarian, I felt I had plenty of great options, just like my meat-eating husband. The churro dipping sauce was definitely a standout!
