Amura Japanese - Orlando

Came here on friday night, food was good as always. Server was off!! Seemed to be bothered when asked to come to take the order, noticed this with other tables too. Brought the check before we even asked, definitely didn't want to continue up selling.

The best sushi around and our favorite sushi spot! Have been going for years and their quality never falters.

Solid place for sushi in DP. Eel is good, Bubba roll is real good.

I ordered a steak, and it took an hour to arrive while everyone else at the table had already finished their meals. I requested it to be cooked medium, but it came out well done and sliced into strips. I spoke with the manager, who agreed to cook me another steak without slicing it. Fifteen minutes later, he brought back another steak, yet again cut into strips, and it was cold and undercooked. This place is a disappointment. I paid $53 for a steak, and they clearly have no idea how to cook it properly.

Very nice wait staff. But...not the place is what it used to be...I had habichi shrimp and veggies bento box. Shrimp was DRY....VERY disappointing.
