17 Bistro - Orlando

We knew about this place of people who were online about them. We closed the first two days we were there for a party and only because it was closed. We were so glad we didn't miss it. What fantastic views of all three parks and the sunset. The bartenders were attentive and so the drinks were perfect. The food looked great, and the person next to us ordered the mushrooms and I thought they were the wings because they were so big. Next time we go there, even if we don't stay in this hotel.

Make sure to bring a coat or cardigan if it’s breezy, as it can be chilly 17 stories up. The bar is fantastic; the drinks are excellent and nicely strong. The staff is wonderful as well. I’ll definitely return on a warmer day—60°F feels pretty cold! Hahaha!

Let me start by saying that Matt Stewart is the best host in the world! The team was exceptional, going above and beyond to make my daughter's 15th birthday celebration truly special. I can't emphasize enough how polite and friendly he was! It’s the outstanding customer service that will definitely bring us back to Bar 17. And I have to mention the food – it was fantastic! But once again, Matt is the standout! Thank you for everything you do at Bar 17!

We ordered the fried chicken wings—definitely a must-try! We also had a cheese board, which was nice, but it could have been improved with the addition of some cold cuts like salami or prosciutto, as it only included cheese, bread, grapes, pickles, and mustard. The fried rice I had was seasoned perfectly, and my husband really enjoyed his steak. Will we be back to hang out here again? Absolutely!

Rooftop bars are now my thing when I want to feel upscale lol. This restaurant was hands down one of the best vibes I have felt in a while. The music was great and the food was good and so were the drinks. It is a bit pricey but for the experience it was worth it. I got 2 orders of the Korean chicken wings (they were really good! , the crispy fingerling potatoes (really good! and the fried rice. The fried rice was not good imo but it had a beautiful visual presentation. I was able to send it back no problem and that was a plus. I got the almost sangria and that was delicious as well. Oh and they are located on the 17th floor of the Universal Aventura. Parking can and will be comped if you spend $25 or more and that 's easy to do.
