The food and beverages were fantastic. The overall behavior of everyone in this restaurant is simply bad. I honestly believe that the employees are not intentionally being rude, they are simply overwhelmed with work. The company should do a better job managing labor costs in order to address this issue with the amount they charge they should balance better. They are overwhelmed by the number of people coming in, or could it be that management is not effectively controlling things? I'm not sure, but everyone from the host to the servers, cashiers, and everyone else was extremely impolite. No one greeted or smiled at anyone, I asked an employee a question because I needed her to show me the correct direction. She didn't have to say a word to me. Instead, she abruptly stopped what she was doing, giving me a sarcastic response that made me feel like I was annoying her by even speaking to her. I left the restaurant feeling so irritated.

Went in the early afternoon, no crowd. Our waiter was amazing, never wrote anything down, helluva memory. The food was absolutely delicious, smaller portioned due to lunch menu, but was perfect.Little pricey due to cocktails, but it's well worth it.Parking: Orland Park Mall, open parking.

Great food, great atmosphere! Food is expensive! For me and 3 other people, with dessert was like $165 plus $30 tip!
