Best potbelly’s in the area. Sandwiches are always made just right and the staff is friendly. I will go out of my way to visit this potbelly vs the one on 159th and Harlem

First time visiting and it was wonderful! The food was great and the customer service was even better. Our server lakendai and another young man were very friendly. The options were endless. Will be a frequent customer.

This is a really nice Potbelly. It 's bright and open, with some very pretty tables and a nice long bar for if you 're eating alone. The entire shop was sparkling clean in every detail and the employees were all friendly and quick. One employee was making a large order and I could not believe how fast she was moving! No wasted motions, everything perfect I swear she was putting a sandwich together every 10 15 seconds! She paused just long enough to make mine which was hot and yummy and exactly right (a few people don 't know what 'light ' mustard means) then was right back at it. My sole complaint is that there 's a 'step down ' in the middle of the shop where one type of floor meets another type. The floors are different colors, I have no depth perception and it 's not obvious that there 's a 2 3 ' step down/up there.

Salads, sandwiches, oatmeal raisin cookies. Delicious. Us friendly service.

I have been ordering delivery from here lately and I love it. I prefer to order from restaurants that have their own employees deliver rather than a third party and Potbelly's is one of them. Delivery is always on time or early, which I appreciate. Food is fresh and delicious.
