Dave Buster's Orland Park

Our server, mia, was excellent. she has often checked our group - often refilled the drinks without asking us! she was wonderful. Hähnchen-Tenders/Flügel were great. hamburger cooked perfectly. it was a great day and we celebrated 2 birthdays and the birthday skirs had great fun!

The games are the best and our server was very nice but the food wasn't as good as before :

The food was just okay. The bread on my philly cheesesteak was kind of hard. The fries were salty and when sent back, nothing changed with the bread. Our appetizer arrived after our meal. The service was subpar and it was very empty. We arrived at 1pm and there were very few people in the eating area. The game selection was not the greatest. There is a better selection at the downtown location. The games kept malfunctioning and we had to swipe our card more than once only to discover that despite the error message the credit registered and we had to play multiple games more than once. We looked for someone on the game floor to help, but no one was visibly available and no one was at the game counter. We have decided that we will not return to this location.

We had a waitress named Crystal and she was horrible! She took forever to bring our simple fountain drinks, the food order took even longer, I had to go find her several times to get refills on our soda but as soon as a party of 6 plus men came into the dinning area she was very attenuative to them besides spilling ice water down the back of one them. The food was so nasty and most of the games were broke or took your points from the card and never came on. I really wish I would've just threw my son a birthday party at home instead of wasting my time and money here! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY DAVE BUSTERS AGAIN!

The food was surprisingly good! The service was slow, but the order was correct and the server was kind.
