I'm sorry to give this negative review because the pizza is very good. The problem lies in the organization. Every time we get pizza here, it's never on time, and we kept fighting because we were sorry, we always apologized and understood that there could be unexpected events and we've always made them pass until now. We can be 10/15 minutes late, we can even be half an hour as far as we're concerned, as happened the last two times, but even 50 minutes without even calling is too much. It is a question of respect, which must always be mutual. I also tried to call after half an hour to see if they had forgotten or if there had been some problem, I thought maybe they couldn't find the house for example, but the phone was even off the hook with an iliad answering machine saying it's possible send a message, obviously no response to the message either. Magically it started ringing again just when they rang on the intercom, whereupon we kindly asked at least to give us a discount for the inconvenience caused to us (considering that it wasn't the first time and yet we had never allowed ourselves to ask for a possible discount) to which we were told that the pizzas could easily be returned if we had not paid in full, and so it was.

What can I say, this pizza is delicious, with every delivery. The always stringy mozzarella. And if you reheat it it's even better. My compliments Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5
