The staff was very accommodating, but unfortunately, they seemed unfamiliar with gluten. They mentioned having a dedicated fryer, but when I asked for confirmation, it turned out they didn’t. I ordered a rice bowl that came with crispy noodles on top, and when I inquired about it, they said they would check. It turned out my order was incorrect, so they had to remake it. As a result, the rest of my party finished their meals before I was served.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about celiac disease and related issues. While there isn't a dedicated fryer, they do offer a separate gluten-free menu.

I've ordered the bison burger with a lettuce bun twice now, and they really understand celiac disease here. I've had no issues at all!

My husband and I often visit S&M and have consistently had wonderful experiences, both through delivery and in person. The food is delicious! I have seen other reviews mentioning that sometimes orders can get mixed up or items forgotten, which is understandable. However, whenever we've pointed out an issue, S&M has always provided excellent solutions for us, offering options like pickups or coupons. I highly recommend the chicken tenders, the main burger, fish tacos, and butter chicken—there are so many favorites that it's hard to list them all at once! Lol.
