Bad service we have been there twice is the service among all critiks. this time eating was okay the previous time, it was lousy. we eat in fine restaurants worldwide, but we could have been happier at kfc
Eating was okay. very good pasta, but the pizza was like from the freezer! the service was very bad. they started charging us for something we didn't order. after the corrections of the three came the correct bill. but his very expensive restoration. a bier. cost 5 euro (but around 3 euro around the place)
Saturday night and restaurant was nearly empty but persevered with trying them out. Poorly greeted from the offset, casually waved to sit wherever you like. Sat on table and waited 10 minutes before the waitress came over and asked us for drinks. At this stage...we hadn't been provided with any menus and the QR code on the table wasn't working (we tried 3 different phones). I highlighted this to the waitress who shrugged her shoulders and said they don't have drinks menus just order something.. .. A little surprised as we wanted to look at a wine list we ordered water instead. I then reminded her again that the QR code wasn't working and we needed a physical menu and with a strop she walked off and came back with 1 menu for 3 people. I called her back and asked for 3 menus, one per person in which she refused. Now I know there's new rules in place with covid but getting the basics right shouldn't be difficult. Be polite, be professional, have menus eg why don't you just give every customer a paper menu you can then throw away afterwards). At this point I lost my patience, walked 20 metres down the strip into Piccolino where we had an amazing 5 star dining experience. By the way they immediately gave everyone a menu and were busy full of diners. TIA, please train your staff on the basics and you won't be empty on a Saturday evening. Good luck.
It’s been a long time since we had been done the strip. This was one of many Italian restaurants on offer but the best there. Pasta was very tasty
