Great location, lots of potential, bartenders are cold dry

I ordered a Friend's Meal (44 wings) a day in advance. When I showed up to the restaurant, the staff said that no order had been placed. On top of that, they said that they don't take phone orders and charge customers over the phone. I showed them the charge on my credit card from Wing Nutz Orem for the price of my order. Not good, not wings. Just chunks of grilled chicken sitting soggily inside a watered down “sauce”. I get that boneless wings are difficult but this is just cubed grilled chicken that's wet… why is it so wet?

It’s always awesome when you get a lunch date at Wing Nutz University Mall Orem. The wings are banging, and the numerous sauces are spot on. Our fav sauce is the Carolina Mustard. Skip the owner and his wife take personal attention to taking care of the customer. Always a good experience. Thank you for being awesome!!!
