Red Lobster Orem

We planned the dinner over open table and asked for priority sessions that were confirmed! we arrived and the hostess told us that they didn't do this and it will take 20 minutes. then she continued to sit all that went into the door within 10 minutes while we waited 55 minutes, and she had to come and get our names back because she had forgotten. she never greeted people as they came in and would leave most of the time and let them wait. unnecessarily say. we will not be back!

I had a reserved priority seating, but was not seated for at least 30 min. The server was excellent, but it took the cook or who ever prepares and preps the food a LONG time to get it ready. I realize it is not the servers fault, but in the end, the server is the one that doesn't get a decent tip.

They were out of biscuits and a few other basic items. The food was not warm and the restaurant seemed chaotic. All that being said our server did the best she could

We love the food at Red Lobster, especially the shrimp, and I love the brussels sprouts, which are hard to find in restaurants. The music is too loud! And they don't have enough servers or tables open because of the Great Resignation--not their fault. A lot of people were waiting, but with the wait list available on Open Table we only had to wait about five minutes, so that is a great thing.

Food was fantastic. We were in a hurry and expressed our concern to our server. She was very accommodating and responsive to our needs without sacrificing the quality of the food or the experience. Thank you.
