Red Fuego Authentic Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken

If I had only ordered the chicken, my experience would have been much better. I highly recommend the chicken—definitely a 10/10! However, I would skip the salad; the chicken on it was disappointing compared to the standalone chicken, which was truly exceptional. I did enjoy the salad dressing. The sweet potatoes were tasty, albeit a bit salty, but I wasn't a fan of the plantains, even though my husband really liked them. The service was somewhat peculiar, and it was uncomfortable to see the staff hurriedly stashing napkins and other items behind the counter. In the future, we’ll likely get the chicken to go, as it's the best I've ever had at a restaurant.

Wow! It was absolutely delicious! I ordered the AJI De Gallina, and it was fantastic. The portion was huge—I ended up taking half of it home! I got two full meals out of just one serving. The sauce was wonderfully rich. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. My husband had the pollo a la brasa, and he devoured it so quickly that I didn’t even have a chance to take a picture. I did get to taste it, though, and it was moist and flavorful. We also ordered a side of sweet potatoes, and the portion was so large that it could easily serve 3 or 4 people!

Outstanding food! We went out for a family night and were definitely impressed. There are plenty of delicious meal options, like the Lomo Saltado steak served with sautéed vegetables and pommes, as well as the flavorful chicken rice with amazing spices. I also really appreciate the tasty vegan choices they offer, such as black beans with avocado and quinoa with roasted plantains.

I used to order Lomo-Salzado and it was terrible. It didn't taste fresh. But I thought I'd give Red Fuego another chance and dive. The Lomo Saltado was super fresh! I also have her fried rice with chicken and alfajores! Everything was delicious! The restaurant was also very spacious and clean! Very pleasant time! Fia helped me take my order and give me recommendations!

Super flavorful food! We didn’t wait long at all, and came on a Saturday evening (6 pm). Worth trying for sure!
