Pizza Hut - Orem

Ordered one of the new Melts nearly 24 hours in advance. 9 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up (7:15pm) I got a call from Pizza Hut, but the call hung up before I could answer it. I tried calling back and ended up waiting on hold for 15 minutes with a central call center that ended up hanging up on me after that much time. I decided to go into the store to find out what was going on and was informed they didn't have the dough to make the Melts in that store, that my money would be refund … – show

Called me to say they didn’t have stuffed crust, then offered no substitutions.

I did an online order and when we went to pick it up we had to wait like 20 more minutes than expected. Also we ordered your new pizza melts 4 of them and they all but 1 were made wrong and all had like no cheese. I've tried and tried to call the store but it says closed every time even though it's during their open hours. I normally don't complain but this order was very poorly made and took longer than expected so you would think it would be made right:(I would live for a manager to reac … – show

Driver updated delivery status to delivered. Didn't show up for another 15 minutes. My wife had to go track him down. Gets it inside and the pizza is cold. Not warm, not hot, cold. I had to put it in the oven. We live less than 5 minutes from the store. Thanks for nothing Benito.

The Orem State Street location was great. They were fast and my order was correct.
