Mcdonald's - Orem

Despite being McDonald's, I ordered a double quarter pounder and it was juicy and medium rare. And unlike a lot of places that should be better, it was reasonably seasoned.I consider this a one off.

I placed a mobile order for table service and no one brought me my food. They just set it on the counter. They also didn't provide any napkins. Usually I have good experiences with this McDonald's but this visit was disappointing. My food was very good however.

The food is really good but it is sooooooooo expensive so I barely got anything and still paid like 17

They hardly ever have milkshakes available. Broke down or out of whatever. Lost our business.

This is my favorite McDonald's in Utah. Maybe even the US. It is very clean inside, and the employees are amazing; very friendly, thorough, and kind, especially when helping solve problems. I personally have never had a problem here but when I have witnessed other customers having problems, the staff was quick to fix things and was very polite.
