Cupbop Korean Bbq In A Cup - Orem

My door dash order got taken by my dasher but was never dropped off and he never answered my calls or texts. I contacted Cupbop directly at their store and they were super nice about it and remade my order to be picked up again even though it was close to closing time. super communicative, nice, and gave extra stuff. 10/10 recommend

The food here is fantastic, and I've loved every meal I've ordered. The only downside is that if you don't specifically ask your dasher to pick up the drink, you won't receive it. The restaurant doesn't prepare the drinks in advance and relies on the dasher to grab them.

Overall, it was the best meal I've ever had. I really appreciate that customers can choose the level of spiciness for their dishes. I highly recommend it!

The GF Ugly Pop Bop was extremely dry, despite my request for extra sauce. The chicken was tough and overcooked.

Have ordered here several times, and several times Ive noticed a detail or two that has been missing from my orders, no big deal... But, on my last order, I asked for less rice and more cabbage. Ugly Chicken and Bulgogi Beef, with mandoo on top. Pretty simple order. Yet received more rice, less cabbage, no ugly chicken and no mandoo. Its pretty disappointing when theres multiple problems with an order and no explanation. Even my receipt reflected my order yet somehow all of the details listed were glazed over. Its happened enough now that I wont be ordering from here again. Small portions, and multiple bad ordering experiences from Cupbop, that I wouldnt recommend this place.
