Black Bear Diner Orem

This makes the 5th state we’ve experienced another incredible Black Bear diner. The chef/cook was impeccable with timing, presentation and of course, the quality of the food served. The establishment was calm and clean. Our server, Sterling, was over the top friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious and generously portioned food, decent prices and welcoming atmosphere!

Always a great stop. I've had them in multiple states and the quality seems fairly consistent. Good home style meals at a very reasonable price. Parking: It's in a strip mall so lots of mall parking, if you're willing to park a few rows away from the front door.

This place had great service, tasty food especially the pancakes and the Chocolate pudding pie was amazing. It’s a place to try.

My siblings and I visited the diner today, me for the first time. We loved the no nonsense food at the Black Bear Diner, but what we really loved was our waitress Beth. She was funny and charming and very attentive. A small mistake was made in the order and she corrected the issue immediately and with excellent self- deprecating wit. High marks for food, full marks for the staff, particularly Beth. Thanks Beth!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Waited over 10 minutes just to get seated and once we did, waited another 15 minutes, no waitress ever came to even get our drink orders. All the people seated after us got served and drinks right away. We watched countless people come in after us and get their orders taken. Yet nobody came to take our order, so after 15 minutes of waiting, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We were excited to try Black Bear Diner for the first time, however we won’t be back for a while.
