Sushi Kyo - Oregon

We’ve been good regular customers both before and after COVID getting takeout weekly. But I think you just lost our business. We ordered tuna rolls, and found that they made with gray canned tuna, absolutely horrible. Worse than any sushi I’ve ever had. It just tainted the entire order. We now question the quality of everything we have ever gotten here. Really if you don’t have the right ingredients just say you don’t have it, customers understand. Still serving delicious sushi!! This is my favorite spot in Salem for sushi. Momiji is great but more expensive. Sushi Kyo is great AND less expensive.

Haven't had some decent sushi in a while but this definitely hits the spot!

Such a variety to choose from. Always good. Fast service.
