Coffee Rush - Oregon City

I’ve been here only 3 times but every time has been such a great experience. Their bagels are actually the best bagels I’ve ever had, espresso is bold yet smooth, prices are super affordable compared to other coffee chains and service is always super friendly!! I enjoy hanging out in the space as it’s comfortable, welcoming and bright. I had cold brew my first time in my only complaint is that I could tell it wasn’t steeped long enough but aside from that this is my favorite local coffee shop :

Walking into this coffee shop, the ambiance is beautiful. Their Gelato is beautifully displayed and high quality. Their customer service and food take you in an entirely different direction. As a person who has a food allergy, I was appalled at the fact that a sandwich I ordered came with extra ingredients that were not listed, and then when I asked the employee her response was yes, that 's how we make them here . When I told her that I couldn 't eat this, I handed the sandwich back and the employee did not issue a refund or make any apologies, rather just continue to state that it was the correct thing that I paid for. Although I was not able to eat it and it was not listed properly on their menu. Dietary restrictions: Do NOT order anything without explicitly asking what you are ordering. If you order something that you are allergic to, because they do not list it on the item menu, you still have to pay for it! Very disappointing and poor business ethics! Not only do they have awesome coffee but tasty breakfast and lunch fare. I personally love their freshly made Italian Gelato. Salted Caramel is my favorite. Decent prices for menu items and quiet relaxing atmosphere. Thanks for the great food and customer service. It’s much appreciated. ?

Taste and service is great, but $8 for a medium smoothie is outrageous, especially when the menu online says it costs $6.75

Can you say anything bad about Gelato NO, you can not. Great flavors. Nice people.
