I stopped in to get a breakfast sandwich at 1:15pm and there was no line ?.three people there one lady at the drive thru window one lady taking orders and the young man making the orders waited five minutes no one turned around and looked at me said not a word and I went next-door to Wendy?s bad for business
This location is consistently busy, but consistently fast! Always impressed with how quickly the line moves. Keep up the great work guys!
I don 't normally score businesses below a 3, however after being disappointed for the third time AND receiving attitude by the employees, I figured I would share my awful experience. Three separate instances within a week, I have gone to this location and experienced HORRIBLE service in the drive-thru. The first time was the Buffalo Bills home opener, so I chalked it up to a very busy day, and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Yesterday I went at 7:15 and was told the soda machine was shut down for the evening. Today, at 7:20, I went to this location again, and was told the soda machine is broke. I said has it been broke for a week, and when do they think it will be fixed. I received the reply If you want to pay for the shipping of the part, please feel free . Are you kidding me? First of all, even if you think of replying like that, watch your words, and be respectful. There are several locations to dine at nearby, and you never know who you are talking to. When asked if the CEO would be happy to hear that question to a customer, the worker responded I doubt the CEO even knows this location exists . This is for sure not the type of ambassador that should be representing the company. Every employee, from the back of house worker all the way to the executive level plays an important part in the organization 's structure, and play an important role in retaining and attracting new customers. The two employees this evening did neither.
Drive thru experience was ridiculous. I attempted to order 5 different items and each time was told they were out of each item. I was told they had blueberry muffins so I ordered that and then was told they were out, while giggling. I told them to forget it and I drove off.
