Chubby Chix Cakery - Orchard Park

Both cake slices were bursting with flavor, but we all agreed that the lemon cake slice was the standout—it was truly one of the best we’ve ever had, with layers of lemon buttercream and a delightful lemon filling in the center. The only item I wouldn’t order again is the vanilla buttercream cupcake; while it was sweet, it lacked a distinctive flavor. Personally, I think Eileen's bakery has the best white buttercream frosting—it’s rich, sugary, and full of flavor. Despite my initial concerns from reading other reviews, we were warmly welcomed and treated kindly. There were between six and twelve different flavors of cake slices and cupcakes available, and I definitely plan to return to try more!

We used Chubby Chix Cakery for our wedding and we are so happy that we did. They were kind and easy to work. Due to the Kovid we had to adjust our cupcake number from what we originally ordered and she did it without any problems. The list of flavors they have is a mile long and we had a hard time to decide what we wanted to choose because they all sound so delicious! We ordered carrot cakes, Loganberry, Tooti fruiti and s'mores. All flavors were a hit on our wedding, our guests raves over them! We also ordered a small white cake with white frosting for us to freeze and eat on our one year. We gave them our cake topper and some flowers for decorating the cakes and they made it look absolutely perfect. Everything was absolutely perfect!

I decided to visit Chubby Chix on a whim after hearing a recommendation from one of my clients. The small storefront has a charming vibe and features some really creative cupcake options! I ended up getting a small 6-inch round cake on the spur of the moment, along with a slice of funfetti cake for myself. The cake slice was moist and the frosting was delicious. The new employee at the counter, who introduced herself as such, was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back!
