Incredible! This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review because the experience was just that good. The Bloody Mary was the best I've ever had, and the waffles were exceptional. Our server, a young blonde girl, was outstanding even though she was the only one working. We wish we could come back again soon!

My experience at this restaurant for breakfast was excellent. The variety and quality of the food were perfect. The service was fast and efficient, which is exactly what a traveler needs on a busy day. The delicious coffee and fluffy eggs, accompanied by tasty sides, left us satisfied and ready for the day ahead.

...and definitely the best in Portmagee. Very nice hospitality from the service staff. Always extremely busy. Seafood chowder is excellent. Unfortunately, the fish chips are not in beer batter, but breaded, which is not to my taste. The quality of the ribeye meat...well, it could be better elsewhere in Ireland. Conclusion: cozy, classic pub atmosphere with its ups and downs. But always worth a recommendation.

We recently stayed at The Moorings in Portmagee and can't say enough about the amazing hospitality we experienced. The staff was professional, warm, and welcoming, embodying true Irish hospitality. Special thanks to Julie, Antoinette, Pat, and Ger for going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The food was outstanding, with daily specials featuring fresh, local ingredients that were expertly prepared. We highly recommend The Moorings for its delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and comfortable accommodations. This is the perfect spot for a Kerry trip and we can't wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for their fantastic work!
