Royal Level At Barceló Aruba

The first time....WOW! honestly, never heard of this brand of resorts, so we have a chance. we stayed 6 days, we were not disappointed! this resort is located in the middle of the happening of the island! shops and nightlife are only a few steps away. less than 3 minutes to foot in both directions. many seats in the lobby. lounge, casino and shops are located in the lobby. the rooms are spacious. the bed is very comfortable. the personal is very friendly and accommodating. that was great. buffet had a lot to choose. the restaurants are only available when booking (please specify that they arrive for their entire stay.) the drinks were very good. premium likör is located only in the lobby bar, no fleet in the room only soda, water and local beer.

Nice all inclusive hotel close to the nightlife and shopping. The rooms are average size with a nice ocean view. Service here is very good. The drinks are generously poured. Overall we had a nice time here. You may opt for the royal level for extra perks.

We just returned from a 5 night stay and Aruba is beautiful. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. The resort is nice and they are very accommodating. I was very disappointed in the lack of lounge chairs around the beautiful pool. People go down everyday at 7:15 put a towel on their chairs and disappear for hours, leaving no chairs available. I asked management why they don't add more chairs to accommodate everyone and did not get an answer. I will return to Aruba but will research other resorts.

I recently stayed in November 2021. The staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful . Food was ehh. But beware of booking your ocean view rooms. You might end up with a parking lot view with a tiny view of the ocean like me and my wife did. Was promised full ocean view and ended up with a parking lot and barely any view of the ocean for top dollar price . And they will not fix the issue for you neither, they’ll pretend to try then give you the stiff shoulder . But the beach was my absolute favorite part . Beautiful blue water with tons to do

Second time here. Figured I would try it again and if I 'm honest, I probably won 't come back. Room was musky smelling and was supposed to be upgraded water view that was not there. Food is only barely edible at normal buffet, but good at Italian and Mexican restaurant. Service is exceptional throughout resort.
