Soulyve Caribbean Kitchen - Orangeville

I initially went to the restaurant to have a drink, but ended up ordering food as well. I would have preferred not to have eaten there.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend. We decided to try it for dinner one evening. While the service was ok (however, our server was VERY VERY chatty though and spent a great deal of time talking to us preventing us from eating) the food was a big disappointment. Bland. Uninteresting. I mentioned to my friend about our experience, she suggested that perhaps the chef/owner was not cooking that night. And that indeed was the case, it was two young guys chuffing that night. We may give it another try...but will call first to make sure the owner is cooking.

I tried the jerk chicken and it was excellent this is a very nice Caribbean restaurant in Orangeville. They also have a nice outdoor patio with live music. Prices were very reasonable.

Excellent food! So many taste choices from mild to spicy! Try the sweet potato chips. I could make a meal on these!!

Amazing food! Great outdoor patio! Can't say enough good things about this little spot! The Jerk chicken is spicy and so well cooked! The Power patty is a must!!! Delicious. We will definitely be back.
