McDonald's - Orangeville

Manager was very rude. Walked away half way through my transaction without even excusing herself and just didn't bother to return. I had to get the attention of another employee to finish the transaction and get me my receipt. Unbelievable. She has no busy being in the customer service industry.

I was at walmart cdonalds july 20th between 810pm and 820pm. The employees had already closed down their fry station which is unusual for this location as it closes at 10pm. The burger i had wasnt cooked properly and the fries were rock hard and easily must have been sitting there well after their expiry time.The manager also had a cloth that she squeezed out with cleaning products right in front of where she put my fries in a steel bin.I dont know where these guys learned safe food handling but they were not wearing gloves either handling the food. There are good employees in this store but someone needs to be keeping on them to keep wearing gloves while handling peoples foods.Also the girl on cash wasnt too happy about getting me new food. Overall a bad experience and usually this is the only crew members that give it as i have had a few more bad experiences with the same few employees of this store before its a shame as usually the food is excellent.

You can grab a bite to eat before or after your shopping, but be aware that shopping carts are not allowed beyond the golden arches.

At times, it appears that companies are constantly striving to enhance and speed up their processes, but they eventually reach a point where the emphasis on speed results in poor quality. I understand that McDonald's is known for this, but the service at this particular location is even worse. The employees are busy running in every direction, and it took me 22 minutes from the time of my order to receive my nuggets and fries today. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold. This franchise is poorly managed.

Located at the eastern end of town, it's a popular spot to drop in off the highway heading in or outta town. Modern, clean and efficient...great eat-in atmosphere.
