Harvey's / Swiss Chalet - Orangeville

We dined in Swiss Chalet Orangeville today for the first time since the renovations have been completed. It is an absolutely beautiful spot with a nice down home feel in a warm atmosphere. Donna was our server and she was absolutely amazing, very attentive and friendly and catered to our every need . We will definitely return to this location and will request Donna as our server in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

We went for a hike at the nearby lake and had the best experience ever when we stopped for lunch. This is all thanks to the fantastic staff. Tatum's friendly and beautiful personality made us feel that we were more than just customers. We don't get that treatment in this big city. I wish I could move there thanks to the kind demeanor that we got from everyone. We'll be back sooner than later thanks to Tatum

I've been coming here for years and honestly the service over the past while hasn't been great.....until today. We had Tatum as our server. This was the second time and to say he his a ray of sunshine is an understatement. So very pleasant and helpful. Nice to see someone actually enjoy what they are doing and loving their customers. Great hire Swiss Chalet!

We had a great experience tonight! Our server, Tatum was friendly, upbeat, fun and positive and our food was delicious and delivered quickly. Love the reno (haven’t been in a while)! All of the staff were super friendly, thank you.

I took my roommate out for a birthday dinner as she just wanted something simple after working all day. We went to Swiss Chalet and while waiting to place our order, my roommate was getting birthday calls. I don't have a voice and it's difficult to speak loudly.Debbie was our server this evening and she was amazing. She exemplifies outstanding customer service. Her approach this eveing was rooted in empathy and inclusivity, as she recognized that I spoke at a whisper and was able to accommodate me. Debbie took the time to listen as I placed our order. Her patience and willingness to listen was greatly appreciated. Her commitment to going above and beyond in providing exceptional service sets a commendable standard especially for accessible and compassionate customer care.
