Before I write this review, I’ll start by letting you know that it is CURRENTLY 9:55pm. Why is that important? Because this location closes at 10pm and I’m writing this from my car after finishing my meal. That means that the attitude my family received from the staff, mainly the male bartender, after walking in at 9:20 was completely uncalled for. And if you bother to mention this review to him or take this seriously at all, he will tell you we were unfriendly. We were. He got his attitude RIGHT back. I didn’t come for that, I came for pretzel bites. However If they don’t want to work until 10, they should not be closers. After all, there is a flashing neon sign announcing to the public that you are open. As a 25 year server and manager in the fast casual niche, this was embarrassing for your establishment. I’m not sure about my “server” but I don’t go to work for 5.25 an hour so I’m happy to take every tip I get while cleaning up. We walked in, in a great mood, knew what we were getting when we sat down, and we were treated like a yeast infection on prom night. His loss because the plan was to tip the bill. If this is how things will continue, there are too many other places HAPPY to take our money for some chicken at 9:30 on a Thursday. As a side note, food was great so tell the cook I said “thanks for being awesome”.
