Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The ordering experience is always pleasant. The window transaction is incredibly fast, and the food is always hot! Have you disappointed?

So I went to Zaxby's today, even after I swore, I was finished with them for the rest of 2021. That was the worst decision ever!!!! For the fourth time, I was disappointed by what was one of my favorite restaurants in the past. I ordered the Zax snack and oh my word the bread was hard, the pommes were room temperature and boiled over, and the offers were over boiled and it looked like the oil had to be changed. I'm confused about why the food was so terrible when you think the line was wrapped around the building. So you want to tell me I waited for food that I had to throw in the garbage??? Oh yes, as if I had to go back to work hungry, at least I didn't think back thirst, just to realize that my coke was flat. Hummm would they give that to their families? NOPE so that I and my family will not protect this place anymore.

Love This restaurant, I don't eat here all the time, but great fast food place. The lobby is closed for order, not so, but the trip thru is fast and very nice staff. Recommend this place.

It always seems to have hot eating what is great. the journey through the line is a bit long today, but this is only because your dining room is still closed. (who is understandable!) always leave with good quality eating

Great food and the pickup area is always open! Not to mention, staff are actually taking COVID seriously. Big plus for all the staff doing so! Eat here pretty often and will be eating here for the foreseeable future!!!
