I want to give you the money. We don't have to accept bad customer service for a meal we like! THERE are other chicken joints with people who want to work there! Because at the end of the day they need our business! PERIODT! Let stop, people treat us BAD because they think we need their product! We have CHOICEs!!!!!!! I am so angry!!! My husband went thru drive thru to 9/14/22 235 pm, ordered an 8 pc with a large potato. Paid $27 and was said to drive up to yellow pole and they would bring it out. He waited 15 minutes for our order and came home and it was wrong! Why? I called the store at 430 Blanding Blvd and spoke, so she said, District Manager. TIANNA and my family will no longer order from this facility! Always! I've never been treated so badly and unprofessionally by a customer service employee. Let's just say that this is a chicken joint that never has chickens ready and leaves customer service much to be desired. I was told that Tianna returned or replaced the order. I would not have had a problem if her TONE AND ATTITUDE had been more respectful. She pretended we stole the chicken, not waited for the wrong order. Well, we should just take what we get and be happy. If we are not, we can return to the facility to ASK that they correct an error they have made. So now I'm out of money, time and gas. Was that fucking chicken worth it? Even if I go there at 10 a.m., opening hours, they are not able to produce product because we are short employees. These are also the customers. Ready with them! 9/15/22: I received a call from Clay County Sheriff Dept. Because Tianna used to feel threatened after being angry on phone with unprofessional customer service. I DIGRESS!!!! if these Popeyes rent this caliber of employees, never open at the time, excuse for not the chicken ready on a chicken joint, given to order 15 minutes and STILL GET IT WRONG!!! And NASTY CUSTOMER SRRVICE ACTIVITIES, as you have us a FAVOR BY PROVIDING CHICKEN that we FLIPPING PAYING FOR!!! I will not give them my MONEY EVER AGAIN!!!!

Whenever I can, I make the trip from my next location to get to this. The food is amazing. The staff is great and the manager is one in a million.

This place is a crazy joke? Don't! I repeat! Do not go to this place you will have a great experience! My third time came here and had to wait more than 30 minutes for my order! Nobody greets you? No one will tell you it should be just a moment, don't worry in the world! It's like every woman here is BabyDaddy but hurt because nobody even smiles! I blame the bad service to the administration because bad management produces bad employees!! If someone observes that interest in this place, they should clean house immediately!! Starting with the so-called inexperienced management. Are you coming for lunch, especially on weekends?

We arrived at 10 a.m. on the ride, which is the time they are open. I said no chicken would be ready for more than 15 minutes. Why isn't the food ready? The short excuses are just the excuses. What happened that employees work at the time and are prepared for customers to open? So it's always at this Popeyes location. Always a very long waiting period and they are always made of items and then when you get the order, it is wrong or missing items. Where is the owner and why isn't the owner up there? For months. Ridiculous! Don't waste your time.
