Zaxby's - Orange City

Good Chicken and Fries and the staff were very friendly and helpful

We were there at 6 am to 6:30 pm, and when we brought our granddaughter to the restroom, as we were ready to leave the restroom, two of your female employees came from one of the closed stands. They didn't wash the toilet, nor wash their hands before they left the toilet room. I don't know what the two did in a stable, but unless they held a silent union meeting, it would seem that this doesn't ask, don't say that the thing is abused at Zaxby's expense!

The fries were stale and can clearly tell they were left out and had 0 seasoning on it and the bread was beyond burnt. That thing was so dark that a shadow would be jealous.

Food was cold, soda was flat ordered side of fries got less then half the box of fries for $4. And I didnt get my tongue torch or ranch on the side of paid for.

I usually receive top tier quality of food from zaxbys but this time the food was a bit old and fried a bit burnt but it was also late. I will give grace because there is no such thing as perfect but this was my experience recently
