Chili's Grill - Orange City

We got the rib trio platter and the steak quesadilla that was included on the plates had bones and fat that can’t be chewed and no actual meat to eat. The margarita and the Long Island iced teas had hardly any liquor in it. Was very disappointed this time. The service though was amazing.

The best I can say is it was average. The staff was just lazy.

I’ve been a chilis lover since I was a small child and finding out the news I know today is not only flabbergasting but disturbing and unprofessional, a friend who is a current cook at the orange city location has confirmed that he has seen and been whitens to drug use and activity being done in the kitchen and or around the restaurant. Not only am I appalled at the level of comfort this location has regarding allowing addicts to cook and handle our food but the audacity to feel that it is professional and or sanitary to allow such activities to be done in what is supposed to be a friendly and safe environment. I will be filing a former complaint because this cannot go unnoticed.

Don't order delivery from here thru Door dash, you don't get half of what order and then they only offer to refund a few dollars even though you're missing part of your food.

This is a really good Chilis as the service and food are always great!
