I absolutely love this breakfast spot! I believe it's even better than those in Anaheim. I prefer to visit on weekdays since it's less crowded, and the service is outstanding.

I brought these issues to our waiter’s attention, but my wife was so put off by the syrup that she stopped eating altogether. Even when the owner walked around, the waiter didn’t mention our complaints to him. We ended up paying full price for a breakfast we didn’t enjoy, while I noticed the busboy asking the waiter where the customers were who had all that leftover food on their table. It's a shame because the original Pancakes brand has so much potential, but this location really missed the mark.

I don't want anyone to go here. I don't have to wait long. To eat their very good, large portion of food. Coffee was also good, even if the service was attentive. Had been 5 stars, but their cups come to the table with big chips missing some were sharp. Bad show.

The food here is great however every single time I place a to go order they screw up. Today I called in 40 minutes prior to my arrival because I was in a hurry and wanted to be sure everything would be ready. Sure enough when I got there they said they didn't have an order for me. When I showed them the number I called was correct they just shrugged it off. I had to place a new order and wait for the food to be cooked. I've worked in the restaurant industry for years and you'd think the manager would offer a free meal or something since they even confirmed it was their mistake. In the past they have forgotten to put syrup in with our pancake order and another time we were short a slice of French toast. Apparently they have very low qaulity control when it comes to handling to go orders. PS. I guess one good thing about my food not being ready is I had the time to write this review while I sat in the lobby.
