They don't have any kind of hot drinks like for this cold weather, especially when you have a health condition and can't drink cold things????????

Very dirty, Starbucks makes good money the least they can do it have it clean. They were out of all frappes.

I ordered a venti, got a grande, and was abruptly told that 's what I was charged for. They didn 't seem too interested in fixing the error.

GF needed the pick-me-up coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful.

In line for 20 minutes. The place is secured. The seating area and the service station are really suspicious and unorganized
