Przekaż informację zwrotnąMy nephew was a patient at CHOC so I called Starbucks and asked if I can go and order something from there because I had went earlier and the front desk ladies told me I couldn’t but CHOC employees told me I could and also The guy that answer said yes that there was no problem to come and order. So I walked over there again and again the ladies at the front desk of the hospital said that no, That I couldn’t order from there that it was only for them and their patients. You guys really need to agreed on what you guys tell your customers and stop making them wasted time going back and forth.I understand that CHOC is a children hospital and they don’t drink coffee but us as family/parents that are with no sleep/stress do. But I guess just make it clear with all the employees next time.
I don't drink coffee but was treated out to some at this location. I opted for the tango passion fruit lemonade tea in a medium. They don't have the full menu here so you can always search it up on google. There is hospital WiFi offered here if that helps. The line isn't long at all if you're not here during the start or end of shifts. The staff here is helpful and patient. I didn't know the size of the drinks and the cashier took time to explain it to me.
Line wait too long, not enough staff, coffee was weak tasted like they are not using full measure of ground coffee beans before they brew latte. I think I might just stick to going to the Coffee Grove in Villa Park they have Real coffee and man it give you a great morning wake up feeling after you drink it and you can get a fresh bagel too.
Not open to the public unless you have/are a patient here. This should be made clearer.
Friendly staff but overpriced I am not sure what the difference is between regular Starbucks and this one hear expect the price there was 1.89 increase for my drink hear,It bad enough hospitals are nothing but scammers but do you really got to overcharge at there Starbucks shame on St Joseph's
