The lady at the register was very impolite and acted like she didn't know what to do. They had no cole slaw and the restaurant and restrooms were dirty. The restroom had no toilet paper and the faucet water was nasty.

I’m gonna give one star because I could not put my straw in my Drink because there’s a huge iceberg in my cup and I asked for chicken strips and they gave me thighs, and they say heh After everything you order like with an attitude like it’s really pissing me off poor customer service and I got an attitude because I asked for ranch girl if you don’t wanna work here leave this, Popeyes honestly needs to be shut down

Employees are always nice BUT drive-thru speaker is never in service. Always a logjam of cars as a result. Three cars 40 minute wait minimum.

What is wrong with this Poeyes!!!!There is ALWAYS a problem, short staff, you ALWAYS have to pull forward, the speaker hardly ever works, they give few portionsWho are the owners, you would think they could improve the situation, it isn’t the workers fault it’s management and ownership what an embarrassment, but they just don’t seem to care, guess I can try a different location, because this one is horrible
