Orange Sanitary Bakery

I stopped by for dessert after dinner and was truly impressed. This was my first visit, and I can already tell it won't be my last. I picked up some beef empanadas, a coconut danish, guava and apricot danishes, fresh whole wheat bread, and a pastry filled with coconut from the refrigerator. The staff and the owner were incredibly friendly, and I even received a complimentary French baguette as a welcome to the area. As a former restaurant owner, I know that excellent customer service keeps customers coming back. So far, I've tried the empanadas, which were delicious—filled with nothing but meat and spices, without any fillers. The dough was soft and flavorful, and the coconut treat was loaded with coconut and simply amazing. I can't wait to try more. Everything tasted fresh and natural.

I have been a grateful customer since I was a child. I used to buy bread and cakes from Jeannie's parents. Our family pantry was stocked with their goods for almost 30 years. Jeannie is incredibly generous, donating hundreds of loaves of bread, rolls, and pastries for all of our food events. She's the most giving person we've ever encountered. We pray for their health every night. Wishing them all the best—much love from Bob, Joan, and Monica.

Sanitary Bakery is undoubtedly the best bakery in the Orange area. It's been around since I was a child, and I have fond memories of going there with my mother, often with a big smile on my face, drawn in by the delightful aroma of freshly baked goods, especially their bread. It's truly the top spot in the area. You simply have to try it for yourself; the bread melts in your mouth—it's absolutely delicious!

Delightful little bakery. Very fairly priced, very friendly owners and staff. Feels like a time capsule. I think their bread may be the best I've ever had. I'll keep eating it until I figure it out.

Had to ask the waiter where they get this delicious bread from. This is the best crusty old fashioned Italian bread I’ve had in a long time. “Thought I died and went to heaven.”
