Really negative experience today, as the girl behind the counter had a snippy attitude and was quite passive aggressive. All because she messed up a job and we asked her to fix it. We were really surprised and let the heads shake and said we weren't back. I've been here a long time. The experience today really upset us.

I visited the Dip Top website to check the prices for the small and medium cakes. I found the small cakes listed at $10.99 and the medium ones at $18.99. However, I was quite surprised when I went to pick them up—much to my disappointment, the actual prices were higher than I expected. The small cake was priced at $16.99, and the medium cake was still $18.99. I understand that prices have increased everywhere, but I wish the website had been updated accordingly. I had no choice but to buy the small cake for my grandson's birthday, as I wasn't prepared for the price hike. Sincerely, a disappointed grandmother, Phyllis.

The food has a great taste, but be sure to avoid ordering the soft serve ice cream. The staff is very friendly!

The generic ice cream lacks the smoothness that comes from using high-quality cream.

Amazing ice cream! Try the cherry sorbet with chocolate dip, it is like a chocolate covered cherry! So good!
