Starbucks - Opelika

The service at this restaurant was rude and slow. I waited 20 minutes despite there being few people inside. It was on 11/12/2022 around 5pm. They apparently made my sandwich but forgot to give it to me. They also never mentioned that they were out of brownies. There was a very rude girl working there who I observed putting her face in a cup and making a face, then telling the manager (who I believe is named Justin) to smell it and saying it smelled like something from Bath and Body. I'm just glad her face wasn't in my drink! The owner needs to do better with their hiring choices.

Ordered egg bites and an everything bagel. I got some sort of breakfast sandwich and a plain bagel. It was a to go order and they won?t do anything to remedy the situation unless you go back to the store. If you?re passing by on the interstate just go to another one.

This is a beautiful Starbucks. Sadly, they had mobile ordering turned off, no oat milk, no brownies, no lemon loaf, and our ordered pumpkin bread never came out. Not a great experience for us or the employees.

We all know the wait time is ridiculous but we still go because when you get to the front window the service brightens your day. Not today! The barista at the drive thru window did not say one word to me, not even when I asked her to check to see if my gift card still had a balance. It was the weirdest encounter I?ve ever had. She looked right in my eyes and didn?t welcome me, say thanks for coming or anything. Please put her in a position where she doesn?t have to deal with people. I felt like an alien.

Worst Starbucks ever, no manner, always wait for my order, slow af, my egg bites came out all broken, my drink never taste right. Its been multiple times already
