Then the guy tells me the burger doesn’t come that way. I tell him I customized it on the app, I’m just adding pickles mustard. He continues to look at me crazy and I show him the receipt the way I ordered it. He says I guess goes back to ask somebody to make it. I felt like they were looking at me like if I caused the problem. Not a pleasant experience not sure if I even trust eating this burger now.

Absolutely horrible customer service. When I arrived there was one other customer with me. There was nobody handling the front. After asking a few times we started getting louder cuz nobody was answering even though we saw people in the back and when the person finally showed up they came out with attitude as if their job isnt customer service and she not only gave attitude to the customers. She gave attitude to her employees and straight up denied service to somebody that spoke Spanish cuz she refused to help out the customer because of a language barrier never again Will I go here
Everything they say about this place is true. Went through the drive-thru. The lady not knowledgeable of anything, then I'm trying to tell her how I wanted my whopper and want to beat me getting mad about how I want my food prepared. Then the manager gets on the mic and his attitude isn't any better. I decided to leave because I don't want someone preparing my food with attitudes like that. You'll never spending my food. They all need to go back to be trained. Even management.Stay away from this burger king
