Mcdonald's - Opa Locka

Terrible experience! They just remodeled the restaurant, and you would expect things to improve, but they actually got worse. I ordered a double cheeseburger without onions and got the exact opposite. The bread was stale, and the sweet tea I received had no sugar in it at all. You really need to do better. By the way, I tried to call, but the phone didn’t work. If I could give negative stars, I definitely would.

It's incredibly convenient for me to grab a freshly prepared hot meal in no time.

I am really frustrated with this McDonald's! The staff always seems to have a bad attitude, and it takes ages for them to serve your food. They even tried to charge me for a single sauce and don’t accept rewards—what kind of McDonald's doesn’t accept rewards? There’s an app for that, and I just don’t get it. The employees there are quite unprofessional!

It's McDonalds. All the teenagers are high and the food is edible. If you want a 4 star expirience go somewhere else. If you want something to fill you up for lunch cheap, come here.

This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I've ever dine in. Such a poor maintained premises, it's hard to believe that these burgers are being sold there... You hear employees yelling at each other most if the time I stayed in the restaurant. Food wasOK. Tables and chairs are so worn out that look salvage from a food truck forniture... I'm not even going to comment on thebathrooms, but surely are as disgusting as any road gas station restroom, since the share the building with a gas stationstore... Never coming back to dine in this place. Should have guessed before coming in, neighborhood is not the best either,that probably explains the lausiness
